A day ago I posted a community post on my YouTube message about you guys posting some questions about Splatoon 3 and I’m going to answer them in the next upcoming article, well our first question was from me not existing about them saying that you think apartments should be added, to keep your uh answer short I think yes having apartments in the game I think it would make the game more interesting and creative and it would be something new that we didn’t have in Splatoon one and two and I hope that apartments might be like we get into our apartments and that’s like where we we’re going when we like change our gear weapons and that kind of stuff but overall yeah I really want a farm and just like come on Nintendo give us the next question that we have from MKJ oh my god I slaughtered your name and they said you would like a combat they said would you like a combat mode in Splatoon 3 and why honestly I see a lot of people saying they would like a combat mode and uh that sounds interesting and it does fit the theme of chaos but I just want to know how Nintendo would pull this off and I guess I very curious about how they would do it this is a little theory I have, I think if they end up doing a battle mode they’ll do a whole new map, like a big open map and it’ll have multiple colors of ink and of course you’re on your own to be last place but overall yeah, yeah I think it’s interesting the next question is from Pyroduck and they said do you think we will have male idols? My answer is yes, I think we’re going to have at least one male idol, I could be wrong, but we’re going to have at least one idol for the minis, so so far we don’t have a male idol, so I could see Nintendo only doing at least one or two, but you never know with the next question we have from Wawa, they said do you think Pearl and Marina will come back as idols If not, what will they do now? They will be the new idols because you know after the last game festival they might not be as close as they used to be because you know Marina lost splatfest pearl one and now it’s confusing so I think Nintendo will replace those two and put two new idols like they did for Splatoon 2.
Since they replaced uh Kelly and Mary, where will uh Pearl Mourinho go, I think they will uh be part of the story mode, the next question is from the designers, they said do you think we will take the train to the heroes, uh my answer is yes because we have seen the train in the trailer.
I think we’re going to at least take a train to some place, I think that’s cool, instead of walking barefoot to that place, how does that work, I’m not sure, but I know I don’t know, but if we’re going to take a train to some place, that’s pretty cool.
Because we can’t get there on foot because that would take forever the next question was from sm lacey cats and they said do you think we could play as awk in hero mode as an octoling and I think yeah, it has to like come on yeah octolings are like part of the society now so like you could play I think it’s possible we could play hero mode as octopuses, it’s just that Nintendo didn’t show it in the trailer because they kept the main character as a cuttlefish.
I think if we did have the apartment it would be like we would go into the apartment and then there we could change our gear and weapons, like it would have a little animation where we would just like grab a shirt, helmet or something or pick up a shirt or shoes or something or pick up a weapon you know what, our next question comes from the birds and the puppies and they say you have to choose an ink, which is not a very good question, actually it’s a very good question, yeah I’m going to choose an ink because I prefer ink to octopus.
