If you want more control over the field of view in the game, then this mod should do the trick, providing sliders for field of view and vignette effects that updating the game in real time as you change settings. There are separate sliders for the base field of view, zoom field of view and vignette, as well as an option to turn off the fix when playing cutscenes.
