Well, hello everybody, welcome to the broadcast of this match, this is from the Wingspan Open, it’s a best of five elimination match, it’s based on the Grand Slam style of tennis, so yeah, it’s round four, this match is between Mother Nature and Wingspan, joining me live for the first match is Grubenstein, so welcome Groom and the Stein Project. Welcome good morning, good afternoon, wherever you are, this is me, I’m very excited about this match, I mean these are you know the two strongest players on the server, uh, it should be as hot as the commentary, absolutely I mean these are the two strongest players on the server, it should be as hot as the commentary, I hope so yeah, I think you’re right, we have two very strong players, yeah, it should have some good matchups and have seen some predictions in the chat about how many people are going to fill up today and you know I’m a big fan of those so I’ll keep my fingers crossed but anyway I think we’re ready to start so um, mother nature will be sending out the first invite so um, if you can yeah, good luck to both of our players.
It’s always exciting when you see what’s in the tray, oh, good tray, definitely good, uh, good wetland start, and I think at least uh, the reward cards are good too.
But I think the food web is probably the obvious choice uh, just to check if the wingspan has this invite because it looks like they uh, probably don’t know if they’re in the game and we went oh, food web or bird counter okay, so kind of a little bit of a tricky question I think obviously the bird counter would be good for Kurt and I think they’ll go straight for that yellow throat, uh, yeah.
Just try to work it out, yeah, start digging on the deck, um, but let’s go, it’s the winged wrench starter, it’s probably a little bit better you would say the frilled woodpecker is obviously a good choice but it’s a bit of a shame they don’t have a second empty nesting bird but it’s probably still worth a try yeah, I think, I mean you know with the woodpecker you can have quite a bit of time on your hands is not going to have a Caveney nesting bird, or at least they’re not going to get so even if you don’t have a second bird, you can usually get a free egg or two and it’s a good food diversity that they can use for egrets.
You can keep the cherries and the grubs and the fish and I don’t see anything else that’s worth keeping and I think you know, you just wonder if they see potential in the egret and if it’s there, they’ve got a very quick uh, you know uh, two birds in the wetland. I mean, assuming that the mother love does what we expect it to do, which is take the yellowthroat away I don’t know what you would do, what your approach would be if your wingspan was here Yeah, I think you’re right, I think both birds are the obvious choice um, I’d love to see if they actually go for the osprey so you they can pick up the osprey and then if they then go pick up the cards, that would give them the fish to get egrets come down and all of a sudden when you have those two birds in the wetlands, you can see those cards and then get food from the osprey, which is good too. I wonder if we saw wingpanner out there playing woodpecker early on, it would be motherly stuff just to at least get a hollow nest because yeah, as we’ve seen sort of with the cards, they picked um, yeah, didn’t get any at this moment, yeah, I mean the only problem, you know, for the wingpanner the only problem is the food problem, the food problem, the food problem. Because if they got the black bear they would have gotten the yellow throat down and now they only have one piece of food left, you know they already have. Wild food, it’s either cherry or rodent and of course if you’re digging for crows, you want to make sure you catch the rodent so, I don’t know about the woodpecker in the pallet, I mean, maybe you’ll catch it if your mother likes, sure, hopefully you’ll catch it
