Who is the Duke? [resident evil/village]

If you’re like me, or the same age as me, you’ll remember the friendly old businessman from RESIDENT EVIL 4. After resident evil4 and Leon’s dangerous adventures in Spain, we never saw the jolly old businessman again until the second resident evil village trailer, released in September 2020, when the character appeared and the resident evil series welcomed a Duke. When I first played the game, I just thought that maybe, like many people, Duke was just a game mechanic, a simple businessman, until he started getting more and more involved in the plot.
