The 4 families of Resident Evil Village

Before we look at the four families, we have to look at a symbol that seems to connect them all. For fans of the resident evil, this symbol is very recognizable because it is the symbol of Umbrella or is it?

The demo took place in the 1950s and we don’t think it’s the umbrella symbol, but rather a shape that eventually inspired the umbrella logo.

So did Spencer and company get their inspiration from these four families or is there a direct connection? If so, we may find more lore and backstory about the umbrellas in Resident Evil Village.

One of the families we know the most about is the Dimitrescu family, the Romanian origins, the vampire lore, the Great Citadel, the Romanian currency, all of which point to Transylvania, which is a real place in Romania.

There are many clues that lady D and her three daughters are all vampires, from the blood everywhere in the demo. To the notes in the demo, to never growing old, to the massive biting and bleeding of lady D’s daughters, to lady D herself sucking blood. They’re even a family that makes alcohol, but it seems to be a cover for smuggling blood.

Unfortunately the model who played one of Lady D’s daughters died earlier this year, and Capcom’s memorial tweet mentions her as one of the witches. Head tattoos and closet also point to witches, so are they witches or vampires?

As for Lady D, unlike traditional vampires, she has a reflection. She doesn’t seem to have fangs, and she hangs out during the day. Of course, this could be a different style of vampire, or Capcom could have hidden something or screwed up in the demo. But she does suck blood, and I was confused, and then at the end of the demo she sprouted metal claws, and now I’m even more confused.

A lot of people think she might be a tyrant with silver claws and be 9 feet tall, but if the demo is real, she was like that in the 50’s.

That’s years before tyrants. So if lady D somehow inspired the tyrant, both biologically and aesthetically.

Looking at the map, we see that in this area, there’s a big demons flying around, and we’ve seen screenshots of such creatures.

So we’re not sure if that might be a sub-boss or just a new creature that we’re seeing in that area. And I think it’s pretty safe to say that at some point, those witches and Lady D might become bigger bosses themselves.

Dimitrescu Skew Family Seal It looks like a flower with a few swords stuck in it. It has a bit of a Spencer family vibe to it, but we’re not sure of the symbolism of this one compared to the others.

There is a large horse on the map that matches the family crest, so maybe that would be the boss and the horse on the crest symbolizes power and war, which seems appropriate for this level.

However, we also have to talk about werewolves at this point. We’ve seen wolf like zombies in the village, but we’ve also seen this huge orc, in German folklore there are werewolves that fit in well with this house.

After further examination of his clothes and weapons, it looks like the werewolf beast may be this man.

And it would be quite interesting if he could transform to and from bow stages. After lady D mentioned these things in the trailer.

then winter has escaped that fool heisenberg , you escaped my little brother’s idiot games did you

This led many to believe that the man was Heisenberg and lady D’s brother, but why would she call her brother Heisenberg, maybe a stepbrother, maybe she married into the Dimitrescu Skus, or maybe the four families were actually one family and split up into four families.

If we look at the map, it is blurry but it looks like a big wooden thing probably made of trees as a warning to intruders . It looks a bit like death, maybe a witch or created by a witch.

Is that the boss of the area? Maybe we will fight this at the waterfall.

Is this the house we saw in the trailer?

Are those things in the yard used to scare witches?

The family crest of the sun and moon can symbolize good things

But witches are also about the sun, moon and cycles.

So it could just be another witchcraft connection that we also see this character wandering around in the trailer. Although it looks like a fortune teller. But she may be considered a witch, as we just saw that lady D’s daughter may also be a witch.

If there are clues to the boss on the map, maybe this thing is alive or a real creature that attacks us.

Moreau’s emblem has a mermaid on it, which is interesting because it’s also half-human and half-animal.

Are we going to see a crazy hybrid beast here? Do you think we’ll see some kind of mermaid enemies? If you look at the map, you’ll see that this family has a reservoir and it’s probably not a water level. But maybe like the resident evil 4 lake with enemies.

Aside from enemies, Mermaids have many symbolic meanings, including protection from evil. However mermaids are also harbingers of storms and destruction. This may be more appropriate for the Moreau family.
